Recommendation Engine
Address history is revealed to point Asurint where to look. Using a proprietary algorithm, Asurint’s IQLogics™ examines our unique index of jurisdictions to determine the best sources to run your background check.
The Results & Adjudication
Results are then filtered through Asurint’s automated compliance engine. Asurint will only return records that are complete with the “Fab Five”: Offense, Offense/File Date, Level of Offense, Offense Disposition and Disposition Date.
Asurint also provides auto-scoring for all background screen reports with Candidate Adjudication Assistant. Asurint’s Candidate Adjudication Assistant allows adjudicators to easily upload one or multiple matrices configured with offenses to be flagged for each and every job type.
Any background screen that comes back cleared will automatically receive a score of “Pass”. If the report comes back with any reason for review or any derogatory information, the report will return with a score of “Review”.
Reviews can be passed based on client adjudication specifications. If the report is scored as “Fail”, the Adverse Action process must be initiated.
