PLEASE NOTE: All attendees will be required to provide a credit card to book a room in the event there is a no show or use of 24/7 concierge or room service.
Reservations made with the Hilton Atlanta after 5:00 PM ET on March 31, 2025, will be based on availability with no guarantee of the above negotiated rate.
Hotel reservations must be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a complete refund.
Guests will need to arrange their own travel and transportation to and from the hotel.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included with registration? Your registration includes access to the full conference agenda, meals (dinner on Tuesday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Wednesday; breakfast and lunch on Thursday), and a private reception at the famous Georgia Aquarium.
When should I plan to arrive and depart Atlanta? Plan to arrive on Tuesday, April 22 before the conference opening events (7 pm) and depart Thursday, April 24 in the afternoon or evening after the closing sessions (around lunchtime).
Where is the event located? The SPARK Client Conference will be held at the Hilton Atlanta.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel? Transportation between the airport and the Hilton Atlanta is not provided. You may arrange for rideshare, taxi, or shuttle services.
Is parking available at the hotel? Yes, parking is available at the Hilton Atlanta for local attendees. Details on rates will be provided closer to the event.
Is there a block of hotel rooms available? Yes, a block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate for all conference guests. You will have access to our block, which will have rooms at $189/night plus tax.
What is the dress code? The dress code is business casual for conference sessions and events. Comfortable attire is recommended for the Welcome Reception and Aquarium visit.
What are the logistics for the Aquarium visit? The Georgia Aquarium is about a mile from the hotel. We will have a rideshare code for attendees to use to get to and from our event.
Do I need to be an Asurint client to attend? No, the SPARK Client Conference is open to specially invited guests, in addition to clients.
When does registration close? Registration closes on March 31, 2025.
What is the cancellation policy? For attendees using a coupon code, cancellations within 30 days of the event will incur a fee of 50% of the registration value ($250).
Is there a virtual attendance option? No, the SPARK Client Conference is an in-person event only.

Ben Mones is the founder and CEO of Fama, a modern candidate screening solution that makes hiring great people easy. Fama leverages online signals to identify candidate fit, helping organizations answer the big questions like: how might a candidate act around coworkers or customers when they join? He founded Fama in 2015 after missing a critical risk on a new hire that was plainly apparent online. Prior to Fama, Ben held a number of executive roles at a variety of startups in the Bay Area and New York City. Kelly Uebel, General Counsel for Asurint, joined the screening industry in 2011 following several years working in the electronic discovery, computer forensics and data recovery space. In her current role, Kelly oversees the teams responsible for counseling staff on legal and regulatory risks and requirements. This includes providing subject matter expertise, and monitoring and evaluating proposed and existing laws and regulations from the local, state, federal and international level that impact background screening. In addition to her role at Asurint, Kelly serves as Past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA).

John Tighe leads all aspects of Customer Success for Asurint including Strategic Account Management, Client Support, and Implementations. John brings a tremendous amount of industry experience to Asurint having spent 14 years with Sterling, where he held senior leadership positions overseeing different segments of Account Management & Customer Support, Operations, and Product. John joined Asurint from Propeller Industries, a leading Fractional CFO & Accounting services firm, where he held the title of Vice President of Account Management. In this role, he was tasked with building out the framework, processes, and procedures of their Account Management Department to improve the overall client experience and increase client retention.
